Steven Grosman
Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Sterlon Asset Management, Steven begun his career at Henderson Global Investors in 2002. He later joined Stenham Property as Fund Manager of the Stenham Swiss Property Fund being responsible for acquisitions and portfolio management. In 2010, he founded Primo Capital AG, successfully overseeing EUR 500 million in assets for various investors in Germany & Switzerland.
At Sterlon, Steven now utilizes his extensive understanding of the German property market, and large professional network to source off market deals and structure financing. Steven holds a Master’s Degree in Investment Management from City University, London.
Marlon Tesler
Co-Founder
As co-founder of Sterlon Asset Management, Marlon began his career in 2003 at Stawski Partners in Manhattan, NYC, a private developer and owner of prime NY Real Estate. Following a return to Germany, Marlon joined the family owned property development company Teka GmbH, in which he was involved in property development and asset management. Later, Marlon began working with foreign Investors on German Commercial Property transactions.
Now at Sterlon, leveraging his extensive experience, strong ties with local property experts and regional banks, Marlon’s proficiency lies in deal structuring, real estate financing, and asset management.Marlon holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Management from the University of Westminster, London
Sarah Neubauer
Ms. Neubauer has more than 10 years of experience in property management.
She is responsible for the comprehensive management of commercial and residential properties at MRS Immobilien GmbH, the in-house property management company of Sterlon Asset Management GmbH.
